about KAS exams

hai jithendra, i want to take up KAS exam so plz can u tell me about it, in whch month we wil have exam,am a computer engg so wat subjects can i take up,its syllabus, and hw to prepare by myself.. will be very thankful if u help me out. am searching but not able to get any correct information and there is no notification also. plz do help me in selecting the subjects also. thanks
