Regarding Cash Credits and Payments

Hello Sir.
I had Cash Credits of Rs. 773/- accumulated in this month. But unfortunately, have not been considered for Payments.
While I am working for more accumulation of Credits for next month, may I know whether I would be eligible in the next month for receiving cash from ISC?
