distortion factor?
9. A dual slope integrating type of A/D converter has an integrating capacitor of 0.1 µF, and a resistance
of 220 kO. If the reference voltage is 2V, and the output of the integrator is not to exceed 10 V, what is
the maximum time of integration?
10. Explain how the phase difference between two waveforms can be determined using an oscilloscope.

15. Making use of suitable block diagram, explain the working of a vector impedance meter.

16. What is the function of wave analyser? With the help of suitable block diagram, explain how a
heterodyne wave analyser works.
17. With the help of suitable block diagram, explain the working of a dual slope digital voltmeter.

18. With the help of suitable block diagram, explain the working of a successive approximation DVM.
19. Give block diagram for a general purpose oscilloscope. Explain the role of each block.

20. Explain the function of an X-Y recorder. With the help of necessary circuit diagram, explain how the X
and Y scales are set.
