3. In a circular sheet of metal of radius 100mm, Determine the centroid of remaining sheet
4. State the centroid of regular geometrical measures
5. Define polar moment of inertia
6. State and prove parallel axis theorem
7. Derive expression of rectangular section A= moment of inertia, B= section modulus
8. Derive an expression for circular section
10. State perpendicular axis theorem

PART-B

1. Find the moment of inertia of a rectangular section about cemtroid if external dimensions are 100mm wide and 140mm depth, and internal dimensions are 70mm wide & 80mm depth respectively
2. Moment of inertia of I section having upper cap thickness 10m and 75m length, lower cap 130m length and centre 75m height, about the horizonal and vertical centroidal axis
3. Determine the centroid of a dam having apex lenght 4m and bottom 10m wide.
