Avail the facility of eRegistration from 1st January 2010 for the eTax payment.

Dealer having principal place of business at any place within West Bengal may apply for online registration under AT and CST Acts on and from 1st January 2010.

Tax Application and Registration Procedure: -

• There will be no Hearing or Personal Appearance.
• PAN is mandatory for filling the eApplication.
• A Fee of Rs.100/- is to e deposited on VAT/CST Challan before e-application.
• The dealer is to send the copies of documents, paper copy of application and acknowledgement slip to the joint commissioner of Commercial Taxes of Registration Unit in Kolkata within 3-days from the date of e-submission of the application.
• Registration certificate will be sent at the dealer's address within shortest possible time.

Please pay tax online wherever possible.
