PREPARE YOURSELF FOR TELEPHONIC INTERVIEW----------------
1. Smile on your face also makes your voice pleasant.
2. Be a good listener. Pay full attention to the person.
3. Develop a good telephone voice by speaking pleasantly, clearly and expressively. Do
not chew, eat or drink while talking on the phone.
4. Your voice should reflect your alertness and interest.
5. Be short and crisp in the point.
6. Make sure that you & your mobile is in the good network place
7. Speak clearly into mouth piece.
8. Keep yourself calm and do not get tensed or panic.
9. Be specific in your answers./Be calm and collected.
10. Be sure to have all your informations, questions when you are calling.
11. If you don't know the answer then say "I don't know" or "I haven't experienced that situation, but if given the opportunity, I can learn fast". An Interviewer will always take it positively when you admit the truth.
12. Don't use slang
13. Turn off any background music or sound.
14. Prepare basic questions.
15. It's bad to ask someone to hold.
16. Don’t make critical comments about former employers.
17. Once the caller indentify himself or herself, pronounce the callers name clearly.
18. Don’t underplay your achievements, sell yourself.
19. Avoid making assumptions, better to ask questions.
20. Do think positive and relax.
21. Don’t tell lies as you’ll nearly always be found out.
22. Bring Mental alertness,Critical powers of assimilation ,Calance of judgement and Intellectual and moral integrity.
23. Show Enthusiasm, keenness and interest.
24. Keep Methodical and systematic approach.
25. Last but not least be confident.
