Health: A wealth indeed.
It’s commonly said that ‘Health is Wealth’, but how much do people realize it or rather follow it. Today people run just want huge bundles of green notes regardless of what happens to their body. It of course doesn’t matter to them whether they have triple fried samosas from the road side or hundreds of fly fed pakoras. Today smoke swallowing population through cigars and bidis include about one fourth of the population. Liquors and tobaccos are taken by the people like mouth fresheners. Even the urban populaces who are well acquainted with its deadly affects are not away from its reach. The smoking habits have also extended its arms towards the children who have started dying even before growing. If this continues then we will not have to wait much to see bony white haired people at the age of 15 or probably less.
Government has been taking various measures to provide hospitalization but not taking any care of removing the habits from the people. Its obvious to ask that for how long they can serve, not more than the second their beds get full and the rate of the patients is accelerating for sure, so its evident that the we have got much more horror scenes to see in the next few years.” Health is Wealth…huh!! Its an old saying now Wealth is Health”, if you get such a comment from common people then certainly it wont be surprising. After all, there are many people who die of heart attacks just for they could not become billionaires and many die because they became so. So, health is being controlled by wealth and therefore Wealth is Health…What an excellent justification, isn’t it? But I am sorry to say that the number of the former is much higher so better to be Healthy than to be wealthy.
Today if our body organs would have got mouths to speak they would have put curses on you saying to have some feeing for them too…Indeed, our poor heart! It gets tired of pumping the semi-solid blood which has become so just because humans have gone all colour blind…they can differentiate between oil and water. Their stomachs have become buffer stocks engulfing the yearly diets in a month. I guess even if our lungs would be given a mouth to speak, it would not be able to do so, being stuffed with so many noxious gases, and all credit goes to our most intelligent and most advanced Homo sapiens, who have achieved this by smoking, liquoring, chewing tobaccos…I am sorry not to list them all.
In one way the science and technology is making the world small, bring comforts in bunches; its making humans enlarged especially in the part below the chest. The greatest scientist ever, Albert Einstein once remarked that the fourth world war will be fought with sticks and stones as the nuclear weapons will have destroyed everything in the third one. But now, not to worry about even of the third one; probably because people will have to fight with their obesity, their blindness and hearing problems and many more in the coming years.
So, friends you have either one to chose: Health or Wealth and you now better that Wealth is free with the former but even this offer is limited. Get it early…!!!

You are very correct..Now a days people are becoming very careless about their health!
People can take care of their health and hygiene by the following ways:-
1. They should go for practicing yoga for at least half an hour a day.
2. They should have more vegetables in their diet.
3. Outside food should be avoided to a maximum extent.
4. Morning and evening walks can also be helpful for being healthy.
5. Drinking much of water.
6. Reserving playing hours in the evening everyday.
7. Not watching televisions and computer sets for long hours.
8. Not to sit under fans and ACs for long time.
9. Taking fruits and juices can also be helpful.
10. Visiting doctors for regular checkups. Afterall a Stich in time, saves nine!!

Thanks for such good informations to keep oneself healthy and fit. One should follow these things rightly to avoid any health hazards. These proove to be precaution and take care of avoiding health disorders.
