Nuts are very useful for every one they keep you fit and healthy all the time. All kind of nuts is full of minerals and many other useful nutrients which are required to stay fit and healthy. Here we are discussing about the two nuts which are good for your health.



Walnut :

This nut is basically originated in India and around the Caspian Sea so it is also known as Persian walnut. It is a rich source of vitamin and minerals which provide the solution for many dietary problems

Here are simple remedies which you can use to treat your dietary problems with the help of Walnuts:

1.It is the good remedy for the kids who are suffering from intestinal worm’s problem. Just give them a walnut with the hot glass of milk and get rid from this problem.

2.If you are suffering from the problem of renal stones than make a powder of walnuts along with the shells and take it twice a day with the water to get rid from your stones.

3.Walnuts are rich in antioxidants so it boosts the immunity power and also help you to fight against cancer.

4.Leucoderma can also cure with the regular intake of walnuts.

5.Give your child 20 raisins and two walnuts daily at least for two weeks if they have a problem bedwetting.

6.Walnuts reduce the risk of getting Alzheimer’s diseases.

Pistachio :

1.25 gm of pistachios has 2.6 gram of fiber so these nuts are very good to treat many digestive problems.

2.These nuts are rich in antioxidants so very good to increase the immunity power and can keep many chronic diseases at bay.

3.Pistachios have a compound known as Lutein which is responsible for the green color of Pistachios and also prevent the blindness in adults.

4.A Pistachio rich diet helps reduce the risk of some types of cancer.

5.These can also help you to keep on dieting as eating the nuts keeps you full thereby helping you to stay away from food.

6.Pistachios have an excellent source of many minerals like copper, manganese, phosphorus and Vitamin b6

7.It can also reduce the stress level thus reduce the risk of developing hypertension.

8.If you add this nut in your daily diet than it reduces the cholesterol and prevents the narrowing of the arteries.
