Requirements
Henna powder
A bowl
Tea
Gloves
White of egg
Iron tablet
Yogurt/ lemon juice
How to prepare
Take the henna powder in a glass or plastic bowl. Place a pan on the stove with 3 glass water in it. Now add tea to it. When the water boils and the quantity of water becomes one third of what was in the beginning, switch off the stove and allow the tea syrup to cool. Tea can give shining to hair. When the syrup cools down pour it little by little to the henna powder and make it a paste. Now add an iron tablet to the paste. Add beaten eggs to the paste. If needed you can add yogurt or lemon juice. Keep aside for around four hours. When the henna is done it will be brown on top.
If your hair is too dry you can add any oil to the henna. Having a hot oil massage before apply henna is good for the treatment of dandruff. If you need a brown color you can add coffee to henna.
How to apply henna
Wear a pair of gloves in order to avoid staining your hands. Put oil on your forehead, cheeks and ears. Cover the shoulders with a towel. Divide the hair into four sections and apply henna paste by starting from the scalp to the tip. Once it is applied wind the hair in circular motion so that it forms a ball at the top of the head. Repeat for all sections of hair. When it is done, cover it with a plastic cover. Let it remain for at least two hours. After that wash and rinse it off.
Now your hair will look silky, stronger and healthy.
