My Interview In INDIABULLS securities limited

Dear friends Today 11th march I gave an Interview at Indiabulls securities Limited .
But the Interview was by phone.
I belong to bhubaneswar and working at ICICI securities and had applied at Indiabulls securities.
the regional ofice is at Kolkata so Mr Abhisek senior V.P from kolkata called me on my mobile and asked about my intro first.
After giving the Inter he asked what is the full form of PGDFPRM.
I said its ost graduate In financial planning and relationship management.
Then he asked about my family, and parents.
I told about my family then he started asking some technical Terms.
what is the difference between EQUITY AND DERIVATIVES?
I answered it in a very well manner then he suddenly asked me what is difference between CRR and SLR?
then continuously five minutes he asked me around 10 technical question related banking, insurance and stocks.
he was checking my knowledge and my almost answers were right.
then he asked about my client status of ICICI SECURITIES and why i wanted to switch my job from one company to another then i said to expose my knowledge and to get a better salary also.
Then his question was if we took you then how will you help our company?
I just answer that i will put my effort to do my assigned job and will try to do some extra job also.
Then he told ok we will let you know after 2 day.
SO friends when you are giving any interview just prepare your self with your current job, status of your client, some technical knowledge about your job and current news tahts all they want to check and also good communication skill
