During summer, girls/women get a chance to wear some fashionable and stylish outfit as they don't have cover fully with heavy jackets and shawl like in winter.

1. In summer, most people prefer to wear cotton materials. Cotton is also comfortable and gives a pleasant/decent look. Cotton skirts, tops, salwar kurta are fashions of summer. However you can also go for voile or muslin clothes.
Though in summer, short skirts are widely used, long skirts with printed top also give a stylish look.

3. Wearing sleeveless tops in summer is a trend, but be sure that your arms are not exposed to sun. Use a sunscreen lotion with high SPF regularly.

4. If you wear sari, go for cotton or voile material saris with short sleeve or mega sleeve blouse. You can also wear light chiffon saris in summer.

5. Choosing colour of your dress in summer is also important. Bold and big prints look fashionable in summer. Light colours give a pleasant and stylish look. Sky blue, yellow, sea green, white, pink, silver, golden apricot, cobalt blue are the colours you can choose for your summer clothing.

6. In summer, sandals are preferred as footwear. You can wear low heeled shoes. Big handbags also look fashionable in summer.
