Body Posture is most important aspect of healthy body. If we do not have correct body posture then it leads to ache and pains in different body parts. So this is must for a person if he wants his body free from all type of pains to retain correct posture while sitting, walking and lying.
Body posture is a position in which we hold our body against the gravitational force and to have this posture correct one need to train his body to position in such a way that there is less strain on body parts. If we have wrong posture then this will impact strain on our supporting muscles and we will have body pain on those parts. A poor posture always leads to severe pain in body like neck related pains,muscular pain, Back ache, headache,shoulder movement and moreover inability to exercise which we always need to keep our body fit. 1.Find out your Work Culture:
This is what we all know and we know the work culture where we work. Most of us always stay at their office and spent time while working on a chair. And this is really great if we have found our work habits to improve our posture. While sitting we should note our posture and try to remind our body the way we should stick to it.
2.Exercise a Bit Daily at your workspace:
For Getting your posture to be correct it is really great you work for small exercise daily on your work space. Just create a habit for this simple exercise and you will notice the change as soon as you start doing these:
I)Tilt you Pelvis:
Sitting on your chair you just need to push your pelvis back to chair and hold for some time then relax a bit. Perform this for ten time a day.
II)Tuck up Your Chin:
Push your chin straight back using your pointer finger and Do not tilt you head up and down. This will give your spine a real relief and your head will remain straight while you do this.
III)Exercise your Back:
While sitting our posture always tilted and we bent our spine. To Straighten up our spine we need to exercise a bit by leaning back while putting hand on the lower back. This gives real relax to our spine and we feel better while we sit for long time and keep our spine straight.
3.Wear Comfortable Shoes:
One should not wear high heel shoes which adds extra pressure to our bones and we really feel uncomfortable while walking and sitting. Shoes should be flat enough to support our body. If we are not having proper shoes then our body lean forwards which leads to spinal ache and this does not fit for body.
So try to be straight and back up your shoulder to improve your posture. I am sure these simple tips will surely helps one to improve his body posture which reflects one's personality.
Simple Way to Improve Body Posture
The best way to maintain a right posture in to sit straight on the table. So do not either sit erect when you are studying or stiffly because it strains your eyes and you develop back pain. You can perform exercise of slow-marching daily and place your hands back like a camel and walk slowly. Your body shape and posture automatically becomes correct. Some have a hunchback, while some people stand in an obtuse way. Both the ways can be corrected.
