Tanjavur chicken fry

How to prepare chicken fry



Ingredients:

Chicken - 500gm
Garlic & Ginger paste - 1/2 table spoon
Pepper powder - 2 tablespoon
Corainder powder - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
curry leaves - little qty
Small onion - 10 pieces
Tomato - 1
Oil - 50ml

Mode of Preparation:

1. Take a fry pan and pour oil and add chopped onion and tomato
2. After it get fried add turmeric powder, corainder powder, pepper powder, salt, garlic & ginger paste into it.
3. Once after all items get fried well put the cleaned chicken in the mixed masala.
4. Again add little pepper powder after it the chicken cooked well so as to make more delicious.
5. Serve it hot with biryani.
