I have been using it since 2006 and my experience has been memorable you also can have access to it free from this site. I want you to know that there is 2008 edition but this is still very relevant.

I'm sorry for not attaching the e book for now, this is because of a restriction put on my connection by my ISP for uploading when I resolve this I will upload it to the site.
