Home made wall hangings with the leftover ice cream sticks(the ones that are left out after eating choco bars) and wooden ice cream spoons. It will be a fun for children

I used to do this when I was a child and enjoy a lot.

Its very easy and the size and shape depends upon your creativity.

Take some spoons that you get for ice cream (wooden ones) and the left over sticks after eating choco bars. Now take some gum and few color pencils. You can make use of dried leaves, chart paper, dried flowers or any unused stuff that is in the store room.

Arrange the sticks in the shape you want (square, cross, triangular etc) by sticking the ends to each other using the gum. Let this structure dry for sometime so that the gum gets hardened and the structure does not break. Now you can make a cone using the chart paper and stick it to the built structure so that you can place the dried leaves and flowers in the cone making the structure look like a wall hanging with a flower vase attached to it.

As simple as it sounds and increases creativity in children too.
