Application Form

You can obtain the application from the office of the Assistant Registrar on payment of Rs. 1000/-. For SC/BC application form cost Rs. 250. The application form can also be obtained through post by sending the demand draft for Rs. 1050/- (Rs. 300 for the SC/BC candidates of Haryana) in favour of the Registrar, Chaudhary Devi Lal University Sirsa. The last date of sending the request by post in 04.08.2010.

The filled application form can be submitted upto 10.08.2010 up to 05:00 pm
