A recent survey conducted in Montreal showed that to many teenager are getting obese due to spending so much time in television programs and online games on the Internet. In fact this study is not only on some areas but perhaps in all areas of the world. It is sad to note that we the advent of this technologies, there will always be side effects. However this can be minimized if there is proper balance. The children and even us adults should find time to do physical activities and use the computer or the Internet wisely.
