you get refferal bonus, when you refer someone to google adsense and he mention your name in his form and just referring is not enough, you will not get paid instantly after his registeration , you will get paid when your friend gets his first payout of $100 from google adsense and then you will be eligible for your referral bonus and the refferal bonus is Rs.4000
