This seems very interesting. I have just utilized opera browser and it seem very good compared to firefox and explorer. Will, I will try to check this out if this will come out good since you have not compared it with opera. The thing about opera is you can also install it on your mobile phone and it also works very well.

I have just downloaded the avant browser and it works fine and much faster than firefox as per my observation. Basically right now I am using avant and opera. I was using firefox before but obviously I can see the difference now. Avant does work faster. In fairness to Safari, I think it is also fast but did not try to dowload it. I am not sure if it works fine for windows os. Actually I am using windows vista and from what I know, SAFARI is more for MAC users. Though I could not tell whether it does work also for window os quite well. Well, Hopefully someone can clarify. Thanks for your post and I was really glad that I have downloaded avant.

This is quite an interesting an article.
I have used the Opera & Firefox & Internet Explorer.I will download this and use it.Firefox is quite secure, that is an advantage over others & it also has a lot of good add ons.

I don't think so i have used it but its not faster than the new mozilla firefox browser. It loads more faster in my dial up connection.Don't know the case in broad band connection.

If you are looking out for faster and safer browser.
Here is the list and tweak to make your faster browser.
1) Safari (available for all version of Windows and Mac)
2) Microsoft has come out with Internet Explorer 8. You can download it from here
3) Firefox 3

4) Then you have many browser like Avant, Maxathon, Netscape and Chrome.
I would say, I have worked on about most browser which are avaiable, the best I like were Safari, IE 8, firefox, Maxathon, Chrome. which I am currently using.
