We aim to ensure that our mystery shoppers provide an accurate picture of the customer service experience, so we use people in real situations to report what happens at the point of customer contact. We are looking for new shoppers from across India to join our mystery shopping panel.
To register on line:
1. Please open our website and register as a Mystery Shopper. Please follow the instructions after that.
2. On the SASSIE page click on 'New Shopper Signup' and follow the steps.
3. After signing up you will receive an email with confirmation that you have registered with Grass Roots.
4. Now you can login to your account while clicking on the link given in your email with your mail id and password and fill the 'ESP' (Extended Shopper Profile) which you will need to fill up prior to applying for any shops.
