Hi all,
I have attended Off-Campus of L&T and got selected the same.So just i am sharing my experiance with you.
Actually I attended that in Last year , because of many people asking me about that after a 6 months of experiance with L&T ...i am doing this.
L&T is the best place to work for core(Mech.,Elect.,Civil) people in India.
Excellent package,Best working environment,No pressure in work are the some advantages over the booming IT field.
I have applied through website WWW.lntecc.com , for which you will get a fast response if u have more than 60%.
They have conducted test in Chennai L&T Campus (For that they will pay u to & fro charges)
First u need to clear a technical paper of 60 questions / 60 min. which very very easy.Touching purely basics more on thermal & strength of materials.
Questions are like
Which Coal has more calorific values?
What is yield strength of steel..?
60 questions/60 min. no negative.
Then u need to attempt the aptitude ..which is also very easy for people who r preparing for IT sector...
They will screen according to cumilative scores
Then u will have a one interview of only technical...interview they will ask about
why core?
what is u r interset subject?
wat is u r project?
wat u will after 5 years?
Growth in L&T is also very nice as i am already working there.
Most of the people don;t know where to apply.
