2. VOCABULARY : (i) Meanings (ii) Number (iii) Gender (iv) Opposites (v) Rearrange letters to form words (vi) Colours (vii) Animals (viii) Birds (ix) Food- Fruits, vegetables etc. (x) Flowers (xi) Transport (xii) House Rooms & Furniture (xiii) Occupations (xiv) Family relations (xv) Classroom articles (xvi) Time-Days, Months, Clock (xvii) Seasons (xviii) Compound words (xix) Courtesy words (xx) Parts of body (xxi) Clothes (30 marks)
3. GRAMMAR : (i) Articles (ii) Verb be (is, am, are, was, were) (iii) Adjectives (iv) Use of has or have showing ownership (v) Homophones (vi) Prepositions (vii) Present Simple (viii) Action words (ix) Collective nouns (25 marks)
4. COMPREHENSION : (i) Yes or No (ii) Fill in blanks with given words (iii) True or False (10 marks)
5. POEMS: (5 marks)

Thank you Mr Sukhdev, the syllabus for Class I English posted by would really help the teachers teaching English in Primary schools of India to follow the guidelines to frame syllabus for other classes as well.
