Curd is a natural blood purifier. Its consumption reduces the skin diseases. It also improves the texture of the skin. Curd acts on skin as a natural bleach. Curd reduces the harmful effects of sun radiations.
If you massage your skin with curd daily before bath and keep it for 10-15 minutes, the complexion of the skin gets lighter and the skin becomes soft and marks free.

This is a good article of health benefits of curds because of many nutritious elements are present in cards.Those who are suffering with high blood pressure and heart problem they can take curd as a good substitute of milk.
