There are actually two ways to install a game which is in a image file format.
1. The Easy way.
2. The Hard way.
The Easy way to Install from Image files
Follow these simple steps to install your game in the easy way.
1. Download and install the Daemon Tools software. This software requires very little memory space of about 4 or 5MB . so you won't be having any problem with that.
2. If you are using windows 7, make sure you download the version that is compatible with Windows 7.
3. After installing daemon tools, restart your computer. (It will ask prompt you automatically to restart the computer after the installation. There will be also an option that says "Restart later". Don't choose that. The software will work only if you restart the computer).
4. Then after restart, double click on the Daemon tools icon in the desktop, and you will see a small daemon tool icon in the notification area i.e in the lower right corner of your monitor screen.
5. Left click on the icon in the notification area and you will find two options. Choose the second option that says "Device0: [H:] No Media".
6. A window will appear and you choose the image file that you want to install. >
7. It should start the autoplay and show you options to open or explore etc. If not go to my computer, and you will see a virtual CD drive other than the drive that you already have. (If you have one).
8. Open it , Its like opening the files in a CD, and you will find the setup. Install the game. Its done.
The Hard way to install from image files
It is recommended , to choose the easy way. This is just for your knowledge.
1. Just double click the Image file.
2. It will ask the option to Burn the file to a CD or DVD.
3. Insert a CD or DVD into your drive and Burn the image.
4. Once it is done , you can install the game from CD or DVD itself.
It may appear , that the second one is easy, But trust me, the first one is much simpler than that.

I think both of them are hard ways, its ok you can use power ISO,Daemon tools, Or burn with cd and install it.
Even you can play image file directly by Kmp player, Vlc ,or Bs player and so many.
For this you need not to install all this things, you can directly open from winar or winzip and start installing it. because at any cost winar or winzip must be installed because its always in need. Installing this kind of softwares makes your system slower,use only when its needed such games which needs to run along with cd or dvd otherwise install softwares as low as you can. It will make your more faster.
