Health they say is wealth, if we don't take care of ourselves by eating balance diet that is free of nutrients that can be injurious to our system. Many people don't even exercise their body at least once in a week to burn some of these accumulated fats. My simple advice is that watch what you eat and exercise your body frequently. Thanks for this article.

In a survey, many people dying in heart attack are loosing their lives because they are alone when they got attack, and this is a suggestion i read from a mail, """ If you are alone and if you have symptoms of chest pain that radiates your arm and upto your jaw, its a heart attack, if no one is ther to help and if hospital is far from your home, then you can help yourself by doing these alternately, first cough repeatedly and vigorously and then take deep breaths before every cough...
Deep breaths and cough every 2 seconds is a must till help comes.Deep breaths gets oxygen into lungs and coughing keeps blood circulation to heart alive."""
This information can save many lives, please convey this to all you know, this may help at anytime, anybody.
Regards, Ram...

Yes, that is correct. You are talking about cough cpr or other people call it as self CPR. This procedure was actually introduce but have not been endorsed by the American Heart Association since this may lead to confusion. This cough CPR thing actually started in certain monitored conditions when a fully conscious individual undergoes cardiac catheterization. In such cases the patient's ECG is monitored continuously, and a physician is present. However, in most cases of heart attack in an environment that is at home, or any area without a doctor, it would be better to call for help right away rather than cough. That is why the American Heart Association does not recommend cough CPR, http://www.heart.org/presenter.jhtml?identifier=4535 Likewise, until now cardiologist have not recommended the use of cough cpr as noted on their on going debate http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/460904 But I think the best way would be is to call the ambulance service right away and perhaps do cough cpr while waiting for the ambulance to arrive. Though another procedure may come in handy in cases of chest pain, that is the taking of aspirin. Aspirin have been proven to make the blood thin and thus increase the blood supply to the heart muscles. A recommended 2 tablets of baby aspirin should be chewed immediately to have a good effect.
