I believe that most of us are using different instant messaging systems depending on our contacts. In some cases, yahoo messenger and some cases using the msn. The things is, each of this messenger services can only communicate with the same system. Basically you have to open up yahoo messenger for your yahoo contacts and msn for your msn contact. A new software can be downloaded which allows you to link all of them and communicate with them instantly regardless of what instant messenger they are using.
