This article gives the information about mineral water. In this article the harmness comes about to us using bottled mineral water is also presented. Finally, the caution for the people in case of using mineral water is also given in this article.

Information about mineral water:

Now-a-days, it becomes a menace to the human race with deficiency from water resources. The usage of mineral water becomes compulsory even at village level also. There are some benefits and imbenefits while we using mineral water. It is a custom to the people that they use technology without knowing it. For example, T.V., cell phone, washing machine etc., These all are used by people but no one wants to know about them because they have to fulfil their needs only.

Come to the point about mineral water which has the following ingradients
1. Calcium chloride
2. Sodium bicorbonate
3. Pottasium bicorbonate
4. Magnesium sulphate heptahydrate
Generally, above bycorbonates are used for therapeutic process which will give extra minerals for our body even we get less minerals through food. If we use pure water without minerals then we are going to face problems such less mass and low density in bones of body. These problems can be probed our life into typical state. Since our health in our hands such that by using mineral water one can get rid of these problems.

One of the major problems faced by mineral water is that the water is packed in a plastic bottle which causes some stuff to be drink by us while we drink the bottled water. The bottle may be incinerated but it does not mix with the earth such that it causes environmental problems. Now-a-days, mineral water plants also contaminated with chemicals which are harmful to our health. It is a menace to human race.

Conclusion:

It is advised to the people that not to use the mineral water which packed in a bottle instead it is better to use water filter in the home to get purified water that contains minerals. Actually, mineral water is beneficiary to us but it should not be packed in bottles.
