The largest Teak museum is situated in Kerala. Around 300 year old and many older Teaks can see there. Natures beauty can enjoy from there,natural sounds, black water also the attraction of the tourists.

Asia's largest Teak museum is situated in Nilambur,Malappuram district, Kerala. It is only one of the main attractive place in the district. There around 1-300 years and above aged trees can see. Oldest Teak in the world is from here. Unfortunately it fallen down recently. Teak museum situated in the starting of the forest. This forest one of the part of Nilagiri,Ooty. The museum is on th National high way to Ooty. Apart from the museum, the natural beauty is mostly attracting the tourists. The forest with several kind of tree, natural water source, black water are the main attractive component of the place. This museum created by English people during 1700's. This place was also filled with various natural beauties. After this place hairpin road will start, it is going to Tamilnadu. This place is situated in near to the border.

How to reach: By bus easily can reach. Bus will get from Calicut, Manjeri, Guruvayoor, Goodalloor, Ooty

By train: Train will get from shornuur to Nilambuur.

By plane: Nearest airport is calicut,60.K.m distance.

Other nearest attractive places: Aadyan para water falls.
