Fruit kababs for kids- recipe

In this resource you will find how to make fruit kababs for kids. Children are very choosy about their food specially fruits. It is very hard time for parents to feed children fruits. So if they can be presented in a some other manner than children will find it interesting to eat.
Ingredients required
1) 1 Banana
2) 1 Apple
3) 2/3 cup pineapple chunks is required
4) 1/3 c. red seedless grapes is required
5) 1/3 c. green seedless grapes is required
6) 1 cup nonfat yoghurt is required
7) 1/4 c. dried shredded coconut is needed.
Tools needed
It is very simple to make. Following are the utensils required to make this recipe:
1) Knife
2) 2 wooden skewer sticks
3) 2 Large plates
Process to make the recipe
1) Wash the fruits and cut them all in square shape and put the fruits in a large plate.
2) Shredded coconut should be spread in one another large plate.
3) Slide pieces of fruit into the skewer and make a design of kabob by putting different fruits and cover the whole stick.
4)Roll the stick in the yoghurt so that fruits get covered. After that roll it again through the coconut plate.
5)Above steps can be repeated for other skewer.

- 0.5 mg iron
