Ubtatan occupies a very prominent place in the world of cosmetics for gaining the grace of beauty by enhancing the shinning of your skin. The tradition of augmenting the charms of beauty with ubtan is coming since ages till date. This article is all about prepare a good ubtan and what are its advantages.



Ubtan is being used from centuries to add to the beauty and glow of skin. Let's learn as to how to prepare the paste of ubtan.

Method of preparing Ubtan


The liquid component of a good ubtan should possess the following characteristics:-
  • So as to catch hold of dirt sticking on the surfaces of skin, rough liquid is the first necessity. Therefore, the chief constituent of liquid should be taken of such item as the oat flour or gram flour etc.
  • There must be some grease providing substance to skin for which cream, dried milk powder or different types of oil are used.
  • The substances providing moisture to skin are also needed for the sake of which honey, glycerine, pulp of papaya etc are essential.
  • To rake up the colour of skin is one of the chief role of Ubtan for which, tamarind, peels of orange, lemon juice or curd are made use of.

Diffrence between face pack and ubtan


Many women take ubtan and face pack as one and same. But in fact these are two different things. For example:-
  • Ubtan is applied only before bath while the face pack could be applied any time.
  • Ubtan is applied on any type of skin while face packs are prepared differently for different types of skin.

Benefits of Ubtan


  • Ubtan plays an important role in removing the dead cells of skin and its dryness. Blood circulation increases. Newer cells begin within skin with a fast pace.
  • Tautness comes off and skin doesn't droop down.
  • The dirt and dust sticking on skin get cleansed off. Which do not clear off with soaps for example, blacks of dirt accumulated on joints of legs and hands goes away with ubtan and with nothing else.
  • The fine hair growths on skin get cleared off with ubtan making it soft slippery and shinning.

when and how to apply ubtan?


  • Whose skin is dry, they should massage their skin with oil first and then apply ubtan
  • And whose skin is not dry, they can or cannot massage with oil. They can apply ubtan straightway. If you so wish, you can take vapour bath before applying ubtan.
  • The ubtan should contain much more of greasy substance during the winters while it should be much lesser in quantity during the summers.
  • The ubtan should neither be too thick nor too thin. Ubtan should be as thicker so that it could be peeled off sometimes after applying it on skin.
  • The paste should be rubbed off slowly after sometime of its application. Some scent should be dropped into the ubtan.
  • It is good to take bath after scrubbing the ubtan in lukewarm water.

Conclusion:
The ubtan which can be applied on any type of skin is prepared thus; Take half a cup of ripened papaya pulps and mix it with four teaspoonfuls of honey and oat flour. Stir it well to prepare ubtan. This ubtan could universally be applied.

Honey and papaya are good for skin.Papaya is rich of Vitamins.Eating Papaya is so good for the skin.Instead of papaya we can use mango,tomato, Orange or cucumber.And as you know Sugar is a good bleach.
