After much development also, India has not reached to the leveled position. Still, we all can see that, illiteracy, alcoholism, exploitation and abuse of women, drugs, begging, poverty and many other such problems raises there heads from one or the other part of the country. Every part of the country has not yet developed. Many social evils still persists in India. Delhi is the capital of India or we can also say that Delhi is the heart of our country. And one can really not imagine that the people live in such poverty and backwardness in this heart of the country. Many people can be seen there, living near the garbage dumped areas or on some slum streets, which looks quite inhospitable.


We all know that, each and every child is the future of India. But we can see many children roaming here and there in these slum streets, collecting waste from place to place, polishing the people's boots, selling newspapers or doing any other, same kind of work. These children don't know their names, they all do not know about their childhood, their teenage, or we can say that they don't know how to live a life. They and their parents don't know about their rights. They are unaware of, what is going on in their country, because they all are illiterate.


What an educated section could do to alleviate the poverty, inequality and backwardness of India. And it is really true that, with the best efforts of the government, every educated person has started helping the weaker section to make up with the progress of the country. Many voluntary sectors have aroused as a partner to the government sectors, for the better uplift of the weaker and the poor section. Today many organizations, such as NGOs, CRY or many other such organizations have laid a great foundation for the people in need. These organizations have made many centers, for teaching, for health development and some for the basic needs of these weaker sections.


Many educated people are joined with these centers, for teaching, for health development etc. These organizations actually raise fund from various places and then get their work done. Every person working there is concerned about the needs of the people, who come there for help. Small scale farmers are also taught there, about new techniques, about new fertilizers and seeds etc, so that they can do farming at a better level. Not only for the children, but for the elders also, special schools have been set up. If the parents will be educated then the children will also be.


No doubt, all the efforts made by every educated individual have brought a change in the lives of the lower section. These garbage collecting children today can spell their names, their parent's name, there address and more over they now know about their rights, of which they were unaware. The government has given them places to live and work. Every type of network connections is laid to their places, so that they may be aware of the India today. Health centers have been made for the better treatment of the children and women's. The government has a big goal, and is continuously trying to maintain and fulfill it. Every Indian should give their better help to government, so that every Indian may become better.
