Raw Green Mango Chutney (Kacha Aam ki Launji ) recipe

This is a Rajasthani receipe and mostly Rajasthani pepole like this receipe. In this receipe I will explain how to make Khati Mithi Kairi (Kacha Aam) ki Launji. This is very good and tasty and normaly it is use in summer because it is combat the heat. all family members like this

Khati Mithi Kairi (Kacha Aam) ki Launji is very cool for our body system
its Preparation and Cooking time only 15 mins and it preparation is very easy
you can serve this recipe with afternoon meals because Rajasthani People like this recipe with afternoon meals.

Ingredients :-

1. 2 Table spoon oil

2. 3 To 4 kairi (Kacha Aam)

3. 1/2 Tea spoon saunf (fennel seeds)

4. 1/4 Tea spoon kalonji (nigella seeds)

5. 1/4 Tea spoon haldi (turmeric powder)

6. 3 Tea spoon dhania (coriander Powder)

7. 1 Tea spoon mirach (chilli powder)

8. 1/3 Cup sugar

9. Salt to taste

Method of preparation :-

1.Peel and cut the kairi into small pieces

2.Heat oil in a pan, put saunf, kalonji and kairi pieces and saute for few minutes.

3.Add the dhania, chilli powder, haldi, sugar and salt with 4 table spoons of water. Stir and simmer till the sugar has dissolved.

4.Allow to cool completely.

5.Store refrigerated for 3 to 4 days.
