RESPONSIBILITIES
A Senior Associate for delivery to be based in Hyderabad. The executive will be largely responsible for strategy, growth, and client delivery for the firm's growing SAP Financial Services Practice. The ideal candidate will have professional services/consulting experience, broad financial services industry experience, solid systems technologies knowledge, and credible experience with large scale business transformation, and a proven track record for practice building.
Skills Required:
Specialized in Consulting on corporate SAP IS Banking Suite strategy by focusing and enabling Technology.
Should be able to lead and approach delivery from a platform of corporate and individual credibility, based on established client relationships and thought leadership around key issues facing the financial sector.
Contribute broad expertise in strategic and tactical planning, operations, and delivery. Responsible for managing client engagements and directing the activities of consulting professionals on complex, multi-stream projects.
Act as the SAP IS Banking Suite SME across all delivery teams & Responsible for managing the quality of deliverables and project timelines.
Liaise with senior client management ensuring all work streams are aligned with client organizational objectives, remaining on time and on budget. Drive and support the recruitment of new associates to the SAP Financial Services Practice.
Working with client executives to further penetrate major accounts and develop new business based on credible relationships with top client/prospect executives.
Design and implementation of sophisticated methodologies and systems that will provide executive level decision support and substantial revenue growth to the SAP Financial Services Practice. Maintain and build CXO level relationships across current and potential clients.
