Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Technical Writer would write product manuals from scratch. Should be able to prepare Layout of docs.
Update existing user documentation as per releases Review user documentation
Interact with team to obtain information regarding assignments.
Candidate profile:
Must have done technical documentation in a company/clients with standard s/w engineering processes independently or in team. Effective communication skills to interact with teams
Must have made professional manuals in at least MS-Word
Familiar with Help systems
Should be able to understand the requirements and functionality of our products.
Positive attitude and open to reviews, feedback, and learning? Knows basics of client-server environment, networking, and expert in handling e-mails Desirable
Should have exposure to RoboHelp and FrameMaker
