Job Description
Positions : Developer/Team Lead
Experience : 2-5 Yrs

Roles & Responsibilities:
Strong Technical skills in IBM Mainframes in the areas of COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS,VSAM. Should have sound Analysis skills, Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
Work on coding/unit testing/system testing and support/Maintenance activities.
Ensure coding is in compliance with defined set of standards followed by project/client.
Adherence to quality processes and quality standards defined for project/client/Organization.
To work on daily/weekly/monthly reports on different stages of the activities/tasks, if leading any team.
To report activity progress to immediate reporting lead/reporting manager.
Involve in requirement gathering, analysis, design and effort estimation in consultation with reporting lead/reporting manager for the assigned area.
To plan and allocate tasks to different members of the team, if leading any team.
To guide team at different stages and when team members faces any Technical or Business problems.
To review task assigned to members and ensuring it's meeting quality standards.
Good Interpersonal skills.
The interviews will be held on the 19th April 2008 (Saturday) at our Bangalore Campus. The Job location is Bangalore, with few in Noida/Delhi also.
