Job Title: REGIONAL CREDIT MANAGER
Location: Multiple.
BRIEF Job Description
1. Managing underwriting shop of a region based out of Central Hub.
2. Implementation of Product Policies for the region
3. Implementation of processes for the region
4. Employee hiring, retention, and motivation
5. Conducting refresher training/ other trainings at regular intervals and updating the underwriting team on the process/ policy change
6. Vendor management
7. CPA/ Team management
8. Coordination with Sales, Operations and Collection team
9. Sourcing and portfolio analysis for the zone and providing feedback to Policy team.
10. Closely monitor competition activities and providing feedback/ suggestions to the concerned team(s)EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :
Education • PG from a reputed institute.
Salary • 10 – 18 Lakhs
Required Skills . 1. With 4-6 years of work experience
2. Prior experience Risk Function (Credit, Policy,
Collections) / Operations
3. Good communication skills
4. Ability to manage large team
