The greatest effect that fall from the changing seasons is on that of our skin. Keeping the skin well protected from the onslaughts of the ever changing season is a problem. Detailed herein are some tips to keep your skin healthy during the changing over of the seasons. Let’s come to have a glance over them and know some skin care tips.



 

Any form of skin care is incomplete without 4 steps. What are these 4 steps? What to do something extra apart from cleansing, toning and moisturising? Let's have a glance over them means:-

Step-1: Cleansing of the skin


Not only the beauticians but the skin specialists too are of the opinion that cleansing is essential for a shinning – glowing skin. According to the skin experts, the upper crust of the skin is very much influenced by the changing environment. The active oily glands or the dead skins solidified over the skin turns the skin languorous and glow- less. Therefore for the face, the first of cleansing could never be any case ignored. Most of the young girls do not know the correct procedure of cleansing. Merely the application of the soap wash over the face is not cleansing.

Do the cleansing as per the tone of your skin. For instance, for the dry skin, do the cream base cleansing and for the oily skin, use the gel based cleansing milk. Never do the alcohol based cleansing milk, because from this, the natural oil present in skin depletes. The best time for the face cleansing is the time before going to bed. If you are running in a habit of washing your face for the umpteenth times over, this is not good for the health of your skin because this habit too depletes the quantum of the natural oil from the skin. The natural oil is the ingredient which keeps the skin healthy and shinning. If there is a feel of the skin being pull outwardly, after doing the cleansing, this means, you are doing the cleansing more than what is warranted or the cleanser is too hard. Take care of this.

Step-2: Toning of the skin


A majority of us young ladies treat the skin toning as an unnecessary beauty step which is any case not! As per the skin experts, toning in a way is one beauty step to keep the cleansing itself in continuation which looks after well the pores of our skin. The effect of the skin toner, no matter looks at once but the ladies with the oily skin of tones are especially benefitted from this. The dirt accumulated on the skin pores cleans off after the toning and your skin begins breathing once again as usual and naturally. The dirt accumulated over the skin pores form the reason of pimples on faces. Skin pores open up by cleansing, the natural moisturiser from the skin is cleared off and you feel a pull on your face. Bt from toning, there comes over a tightening on the skin pores and they come back in their former position. In order to do the toning correctly, use alcohol base toner. This will cause a burning sensation over the skin but the opened up skin pores would come back in its former position after tightening.

During the summers, only the young girls with mixed tone of skin or with oily tone of skin are advised to do the toning. The skin care specialists are agreeing with the view that skin tone can exfoliate the skin also in place of toning. But this is not supposed to be good for pimples. Some toners are useful for the treatment of pimples. The skin can turn dry, sensitive and allergic also with its use. Therefore, you can try the patch test before applying.

Step-3: Moisturising for the skin


This beauty step keeps the skin soft, normal and young for longer periods. No matter what your skin tone is, it is essential to moisturise it. Moisturisers in a way lock up the moisture in the skin pores as result of which the shinning on the face looks in tact. When you feel a different type of pull on your face after the change of the season, this means your skin is demanding more moisture from before. Moisturise your face before going to bed. This will complete the skin repair process overnight and the lost moisture will return back. The result will be evident on your face within a week after doing it regularly.

Sun skin with moisturiser is the smart moisturiser to be used in the morning. Oil based moisturiser is meant for the dry skin. And oil free or water based moisturiser is for oil free skin. But excessive uses of moisturisers can close the skin pores and give rise to pimples.

Step -4: Anti aging cream for skin care


You will get confused to see the assortment of so many creams in the stores. It is difficult to know which cream would be suited the most to the skin. In what age must the anti aging cream be used? Is it necessary for all the young girls?

Experts suggest that apart from the sunscreen of a good quality and time to time the exfoliation, the natural face packs help keep your skin youngish externally. Include a balanced diet supplemented with fruits, dry fruits and green vegetables etc.

Conclusion:
By the age of 30, bagginess comes below the eyes and by the age of 40, rear up the condition of crow's feet, wrinkles, drooping of the skin of the neck.
