Most Famous Hindi Writers

There are many writers in Hindi literature but the most famous among all the writers are Premchand, Ramachandra Sukhla and Vishnu prabhakar. These three authors are named as the building blocks of Hindi literature, I have made an attempt to explain about them in the following paragraphs.

Famous Hindi writers who are considered to be the building blocks of Hindi literature


Premchand is considered to be greatest Hindi writer who had a great part in the Hindi literature. He was born on 31st of July 1880 in a small village named Lamahi whish is situated at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
He did his higher studies at his own village and he also went on to complete the B.A degree in correspondence. He had to go through many problems during his small age itself but due to his hard work and efforts he progressed further towards his goal of attaining higher positions in life.
After working for sometime as the school teacher he was appointed as the school Headmaster of the same school. When Gandhiji started the non violence movement, he took part in the movement and thereby left his job as the headmaster of the school.
Premchand was considered as the king of stories. He developed stories based on current politics, social welfare, changes and the problems that the society faces in all his novels and stories. The great creations of Premchand are Premasram, Sevasadhan, Nirmala, Karmabhumi, Rangbhumi, Godhan etc., those are very much famous in the Hindi literature. He wrote about 250 stories which were covered in his Manasarovar which had eight parts to cover all the stories written by him. Premchand was not only a great story writer but also a great Editor. He brought name and fame to the Hindi literature.
On 8th October 1936, he died at his home town Varanasi.

Hindi writer Aacharya Ramachandra Sukhla

Aacharya Ramachandra Sukhla was born on 1884 at a village Agona situated at Basthi, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his schoolings in Mission school and he went to Prayag to do his M.A, but as he was weak in math's he left the school. He learned various languages like Hindi, Urdu, Sanskrit and English. He was working as an editor at kashi in Hindi Sabdh Sagar. Then he was appointed as a head master at Hindu Vishwa Vidhyalaya. In 1937, he was appointed as the head of the department for Hindi literature.
He died at the age of 57 in the year 1941.

Hindi editor Vishnu Prabhakar

Vishnu prabakar was born on 1912 at a village Mareenpur which is situated at Mujaffar Nagar at Uttar Pradesh. He did both his primary as well as secondary education at a place named Hissar. He worked as a librarian in a library situated at Punjab for a very small period of time and after sometime he left the library to join the Aakashwani, Delhi branch and was appointed as the officer in the story department and joined the literature service too. He was a milestone in the Hindi literature and developed many stories, Novels, Drama's, Essay's and various other reports. Tak ke bandhan, Sangarsh ke badh, Darthi ab bi goom rahi hai, Kandit pooja, Aadi aura nth, Jeevan paragh are the famous novels written by the famous author cum editor.
