Introduction
In Northerner India there is state known as Himachal Pradesh (H.P) filled up by natural beauty.It is bordered by Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, and Haryana.It came into existence under Himachal Pradesh act,1971.There is a huge source of fresh water as rivers and by building dams on this lot of electricity is produced and sold to other states like Haryana, Punjab etc.
Climate conditions
Himachal is a mountainous state and situated in Himalayas.The main source of water here are river and glaciers.The main rivers of h.p are Chenab, Ravi, Beas, Sutlej, Yamuna.
Climate conditions of H.p varies according to area. Some areas are cold like Kulu-Mnali,Chamba, Shimla, Dharmshala and some areas have average temperature like Mandi, Sundernagar, Bilaspur.It has combination of three season cold, hot, rainy which add more beauty to this state.
Varities of plants
Himachal is covered by trees of different types. the main trees of h.p are oaks,birches,sal,shisham and flowers like lilies,,marigold,roses, tulip.
The plants which are unable to withstand the high humidity and cold not found here they can be grow under greenhouses.
Travelling facilities
Due to the hilly area the major source of transport here are roads. There are 8 national highways and 18 state highways. The entry into Himachal is through Delhi and Chandighar as main entery after Kirtpur entery into Swarghat starting point to Himachal.
The main states of H.P are Mandi, Kulu-Mnali, Kangra, Hamirpuretc. For transport through airways , There are Gaggal airport, Bhuntar airport.Most of time roads get closed due to snowfall and landsliding.
Community
Most of the community of H.P are "Hindu" but people of different states also resides here. The people of Himachal has there mother language as Phari but it also has variety due area division.Himachal is one of the religious place about 84,000 god and goddess resides ghere are they can be felt in temples in every area of Himachal.
Recipes
Himachali people have lot of variety in their food but rice is common in all. There is a special food in every occasion known as "Dham" which includes madra, phari aalu, jhoul, patrode etc.
