Post Graduate Degree (2 years)*
M.Tech.(PT/PE) - In affiliation with Anna University at Chennai, Biju Patnaik University of Technology at Bhubaneswar, U.P. Technical University at Lucknow and Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur at Hajipur - Eligibility : 4 years degree B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical /Chemical/Production / Polymer Engineering or M.Sc. In Polymer Science/Chemistry with Polymer specialization, Maximum Age – 35 years.
Under Graduate Programme (4 Yrs.)*
# B.Tech.(PT/PE) - In affiliation with Anna University at Chennai, Biju Patnaik University of Technology at Bhubaneswar and U.P. Technical University at Lucknow.
Eligibility : 10+2 (Academic Stream) with Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry.
Maximum Age : 21 years.

Plastics Engineering (PGD-PE) - Eligibility – B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc.Engg(4 Yrs) in Mech/Chem/Production/Polymer/Tool Engg./Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation / Petrochemical / Electrical / Mechatronics or equivalent Maximum Age – 26 years
CAD/CAM for Plastics Engineering (PGD-Cad PE) - Eligibility – B.E./ B.Tech./B.Sc. Engg (4 yrs.) in Mechanical/Chemical/Production/ Polymer and Tool Engg, Maximum Age – 26 years
Plastics Processing & Testing (PGD-PPT) – Eligibility – 3 year Degree in Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects. Maximum Age – 24 years.
Post Diploma Programme *
CAD/CAM for Plastics Mould Design (PD-Cad PMD) - Eligibility –3 year Diploma in Mechanical/Plastics/Chemical Technology/Tool/Production Engineering/Mechatronics/Automobile Engineering/Tool & Die making/CIPET DPMT or equivalent. Maximum Age – 24 years.
Machine Maintenance (PD-MM) – Eligibility – 3 year Diploma in Mechanical/Plastics/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Mechatronics/ Instrumentation Engineering/Tool & Die making/ CIPET DPMT or equivalent. Maximum Age - 24 years.
Diploma/Post Diploma – Integrated Prorammes*
Plastics Mould Technology (PD-PMT/DPMT)@ **
Plastics Technology (PD-PT/DPT) **
Eligibility – 10th Std. with Maths, English and Science. Maximum Age : 18 years . The candidates will have the choice to opt for 3/4 years Diploma or Post Diploma at the time of admission
@ Lateral entry for candidates having Diploma in Mechanical/ Plastics/Chemical Tech. /Tool/Production/Mechatronics/Automobile/ Tool & Die Making is permissible in fifth semester. Max.Age-24 years

How to apply : Information brochure can be obtained from any of the CIPET centres by remitting a registration fee of Rs.400/- with a self addressed envelope size of 35cm x 25cm stamped for Rs.50/- in person by post.
Mode of payment : By cash or crossed demand draft drawn in favour of “Director General, CIPET payable at Chennai on any nationalised bank dated not earlier than 01.04.2008.
