Finely chopped tomato-1 number or 1tablespoon of tomato sauce
Finely chopped capsicum – ½ cup
Soya sauce- 1tablespoon
Salt – as required
Chopped Green chilli – 4 numbers
Oil – 1 cup

Making paneer at home:
Boil the milk. After it fully boiled add some vinegar or lime juice. Don’t add too much because we need that only to curdle the milk. Then you can see some white matter which is known as cheese. After the milk fully curdled remove the water fully using the cloth. Use the cloth only after wet it. Drain the water fully from the milk. We need only the milk fat which is known as paneer remains in the cloth. Then place the paneer between two plates and put a weight on it to make them hard. Then keep it in the fridge. After 2hours take it out and remove the water if u found. Now your paneer is ready.
Making of Chili paneer:
Cut the paneer into small cubes. Dust the paneer cube in Maida. Then deep fry them in the hot oil. After it gets golden brown colour remove them from the oil. In a pan heat one table spoon of oil. Then add onion. After onion turns golden brown, add capsicum and green chilli. Fry them till they become crispy. Then add tomato and cook little more time. (If you don’t like to add tomato means add one table spoon of tomato sauce.)Then add the fried panner, salt and soya sauce in to the mixture.
Seasoning the dish :
Finally in one table spoon of Maida add some water to make it liquid and then add that into the dish. Cook them for 2 more minutes. Then switch of the flame. And now your favourite chilli panner is ready to serve.
This dish is a very good snack for the tea time. Children like it very much. Moreover it is very economical to make in home comparing to buying from a hotel.
