We all get tired and we all get bored too. However, there are some ways to go beyond the state of
and work more to accomplish more and emerge out a winner. Amongst us there are people who work more than the human capacity and still look as fresh as ever. At our place of work or even at schools we had at least one or two persons who worked like machines. You would swear that they were not human beings but machines. We wonder how they could work or do more that what could tire us easily.
Here are some ways to keep weariness at bay.
Some will boast that they never sleep except at night, however, in the tropical countries it is best to steal a nap during the day to help one to relax and stay active for most of the day. Taking naps can certainly help you be more active and relaxed as compared to the times when you sleep only at night.
Take it easy
You have got to take it easy. You have got to relax. Tiredness is indirectly proportional to your ability to relax and take it easy. Sometimes when you feel frustrated and exhausted with pressure at work or at school try to do the things that help you relax. Listening to music, going through your school autograph diary and reading are some of the things that can help you
Stay free from tension
when another driver does not follow traffic rules we get angry when the bus conductor does not speak properly or when the driver does not stop the bus at our stop. We even get frustrated by the changes in the weather. Just forget these incidents and similar incidents with a smile. All the incidents that cause you to boil out should be breathed out. Do not worry if your milkman does not turn up. You will not die if you do not have milk for one day. However, you will definitely get grey hair if you worry for petty matters.
It is no secret that there is nothing as powerful and as beautiful as nature. Once in a while forget everything related to science and technology, and look towards taking a hike, gardening or bird-watching. You will realise how amazingly nature can help you get rid of feeling of tiredness and
Being fatigued can influence your decision making abilities in a negative way. Fatigue hinders your power of reasoning. After your day is done and you are at home by the night to relax, make sure that you do not take any decisions. Your mind is already too full of stress to help you take any reasonable decision. The beginning of the day is the best time to think about things and decide things.
Do not bite more than you can chew
Always know what your limitations are and work accordingly. Do not go to a particular place if you think it is not worth it. Do not buy anything which you think will be too tough on your pockets. These things will haunt your mind and eventually lead to exhaustion. Unnecessary tension can make you look much older than you really are.
Golden Rule is out
We have all heard it before- early to bed, early to rise, makes a man, healthy, wealthy and wise. This may be true to many in this world but it has been moved out of the golden rule. People who are happy with working late into the night and waking up late too are healthy, wealthy and wise. It all depends upon how well you feel. It is a great habit to hit the sack early to wake up early but it is of no use to the person who feels too tired to wake up early. He should compensate by working till late. In today's world, working till the late hours is the norm especially with the advent of Business Process Outsourcing and Multi-National Companies.
The old remedy
Everyone has a bag full of jobs and chores. Not all jobs are the same and not all jobs require the tactfulness. While some are tough and boring, others are slow and easy. One should get on the job which is boring and tough at first. Worst problems should be tackled head-on and not vice-versa. While you are worried about how tired the difficult tasks have made you, you can always look forward to the easier and simple tasks waiting to be done.
