Build a strong character and let people create your reputation. In this article I will tell you about character and reputation and how they are inter connected.How people run day and night to build a reputation without knowing they are in wrong direction and the reputation they are running for is a false reputation which lasts for a short time, which will never give the inner peace and satisfaction .

People run their heart out to get reputation.They do everything to build it or protect it.People do many things to look good in public,to gain public attention, to gain Reputation. They get involved in various public and social activities for reputation and not because they really want to do or they really feel about it.

You will see many people who are very polite at work but are very rude at home, or people fighting for social cause but are not helping the people around them.They do so to get a reputation in friends, society.... but the thing is they dont have a good character.

Reputation grows very fast but character grows slowly. Build a strong character and let people build a Reputation for you.
Most people are very conscious about reputation, they pretend , do drama, acting, to gain a false reputation, but never get the inner peace and satisfaction. And they continuously try to protect that false reputation.

John Wooden says "Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are; your reputation is merely what others think you are." This statements tells us that the character is build by you while the reputation is build by others. Build a strong character and others will take care of your reputation.

Character of a man defines his personality, his strengths, his traits, his ability, his truthfulness.... In short character is the full description of a person.People with strong character always display passion, determination, will-power, drive energy, and consistency. While people with weak character never display these qualities.

In conclusion , remember it takes a long time to build a strong character and the reputation you get because of it will be stable and it will give you inner peace and satisfaction while on the other hand false reputation is for a short time and will never give you peace. So my dear friends always build a strong character and let other build a strong reputation for you.
