They want to have something to eat every now or then so for them I have a suggestion try not to do this thing try to have a sumptuous meal and avoid anything for a minimum of five hours time interval. If you can't resist yourself and you are addicted to this habit rather than munching junk foods and fried items start munching vegetables like you can have a carrot every then and now as it would help you digest your food.
  • In many of the houses nowadays have televisions at the their dining room. According to a new study when you are dining with watching TV then you are taking in 40% more calories than usual. So try to avoid watching television as it will lessen your calorie intake.
  • The next tip I want to provide you is to have regular check on your weight and adjust your food accordingly as it will help you to get to know the optimum amount of your food intake that will help you reduce your weight.
  • The next time you have a craving for any junk food call up your loved ones and talk to them. A new study shows that the craving only lasts for five minutes and by the time you talk to your loved one you will find yourself out of the craving.
  • Having booze once in a weekend not a big issue but having more than that may add up your calories. A glass of wine, light beer, vodka or soda all have 100 calories per serving so try to minimize your booze content and avoid it whenever possible.
  • The effect of fruits in reducing your tummy is something known to everyone. The fruits have zero percent fat content and contain mostly water which will fill up your stomach but is really an efficient tool to curb calories. It also contains a good amount of carbohydrate content that contains a great amount of healthy fiber. So try to have at least two fruits a day which will keep you healthy. One more thing you can do is to have a diet full of fruits once in a week as it will remove all the toxic wastes from your body and it also improves your metabolic rates and improves on your blood circulation. So try to have as much fruits as you can.
  • Now the next diet tip I want to provide you is a basic tip which everyone knows but is not able to follow that is a big NO to fried items and junk foods. We all know that junk foods or fast foods cause a lot of harm to our body as the enzymes present in our stomach cannot digest and assimilate them but then also we are addicted to fast foods as they are really easy to make and tastier than any of those vegetables or fruits. But one thing you should realize is that even though they are tastier they are not healthy. Having them once in a month is acceptable but eating them more than that can add up your tummy size is not right. So have a control on your craving.
  • The last tip I can offer you is to go on a professional diet like Dr. Gott's no flour, no sugar diet.
