Application Forms (with Prospectus) can be obtained from the Institute for Rs. 500/- on request from the Dean of the respective faculty. The duly filled in application form be submitted by the last date to the Dean of concerned Faculty. Application form can also be downloaded from the website and sent along with a Demand draft for Rs. 500/- The demand draft be drawn in favour of MITS-FET, MITS-FMS or MITS-FASCL as the case may be, on State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur (Code 10124) or Oriental bank Of Commerce or bank of Baroda payable at Lakshmangarh.
