Job Description The duties and responsibilities of this position includes: Team handling Servicing/facilitating all requirements from existing customer. Business penetration and productivity as per committed targets. Expansion of internal and external relationships, and drive sales results Driving business through defined channels of acquisition. Execute plans for the growth of Company Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
Required Qualification Graduates/Post-Graduates
Required Skills Should be able to build a team of Agent Advisors and mentor / train them to generate business. (Good leadership skills) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Should be customer oriented. Good Analytical Skill. Should be ambitious and willing to grow in the role/company Must be computer Literate. Strong relationship and influencing skills Effective time management
Experience 4 to 5 yrs
