Location: * Bangalore
Experience:
* The candidate should have atleast of 7-8 years of work experience in BPO Operations with exposure in F&A domain
Qualifications: * Graduation in Commerce / Finance degree / Business Administration.
Responsibilities:
Review of Bids to ensure effective risk assessment and GP% targets are within the accepted range.
- Assess risks and agree mitigation plan
- Bid documentation (proposal and/or Statement of Work) reviewed to ensure quality and exposures are limited.
- Engage and interact with Legal and/or Procurement to ensure appropriate contractual terms are negotiated with Clients and Subcontractors.
Review of Engagements to ensure engagement progressing in accordance with it’s approved baselines.
- Engagement Start Up.
- Ongoing Delivery Reviews, frequency pending health rating as per RM guidelines.
- Engagement Closure Reviews.
In conducting a review, assess risks and agree mitigation plan, escalating any troubled matters where appropriate.
- Plan and document all reviews in accordance with regional practices.
- Advising BTO management in BTO business risk management processes and approaches.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Should have operational and quality experience in a BTO/BPO environment. Exposure to F&A engagements is essential.
* Thorough understanding of commercial negotiation and contract structure, governance management of large complex outsourcing engagements.
* Experienced in the assessment of risk and development of risk mitigation strategies
* Must possess good communication, with an open mind and investigative skills and be able to relate to internal and external (client) personnel at all levels
* Ability to mentor and coach in delivery management disciplines, Engagement Lifecycle processes and associated business rules and controls.
* Should be a mature person that can deal with changing priorities and high pressure situations in a calm and efficient manner
