As we know general awareness play a vital role for securing maximum marks in bank exam. In this article, I will show you a way to choose the right strategy to prepare for general awareness part. This article is all about the pattern of general awareness and strategy for preparation.

Introduction

You already know that there is five different section in any Banking Exam. There are three section where you can score maximum in a minimum time. These section are General awareness, Computer awareness and General English. In banking exam what we need to save, time. You need to focus on only two thing to crack the exam. These two things are accuracy and speed. Now the question is "What is the strategy for GA?".

General Awareness Contains the following topic in a banking Exam

1. Banking awareness.
2. National Issue.
3. International Issue.
4. Sports.
5. Books and Authors.

These are the main topic from where you can see the question in banking awareness part. Now the question is how to prepare these topic and what will be mark distribution among them.

1. Banking awareness

It is the most important part of the general awareness. It contains almost thirty percent question of GA part. BA is not a tough topic to cover. you just have to make strategy before preparation. You should understand the basic terms of bank like CRR(Cash Reserve Ratio), RR(Repo Rate) etc. Apart from that you should keep track on current event in banking sector. You can try any BA book to cover these topic.

2. National Issue

It is an easy topic. You don't have to worry about National issue because most of the question from this topic can be cover by watching TV news or by Reading NEWS paper.

3. International Issue

Most of the question from this part is mainly based upon the current relation or summit where our country participated. Some of the question will be from the International Issue which is important in aspect of the matter like, Current situation of Syria.

4. Sports

Its the part where you really don't need to go through the study at all. Just Entertain yourself and you will have a one or two mark from this part.

5. Books and authors

you have to make a list of books and there author. If your have hobby of reading book then you don't need to worry about this part also.
