How to crack PSB Bank recruitment interview?

If you are CWE pass, there is one golden chance for you to become PO in Punjab and Sind Bank. The PSB Bank has recently invited applications in large numbers from amongst the students who were successful in the CWE (common written test examination). The last date for applying online is 10th May, 2012. Go ahead to know more.
What is the qualification
Only the IBPS pass candidates are eligible for this interview. The candidates should be a graduate from any recognised university/institution with at least 55 % marks. He should be computer literate too. There is the provision for relaxations on marks for the candidates belonging to SC/ST and other different OBC groups as per the government rules. The age limit for the general category of candidates is from 21-30 years. This is further relaxed for the SC/ST candidates as per rules laid down.
There will be an interview held for the
IBPS successful candidates
consisting of 100 marks. Cut off marks also is fixed for the interview also. The general candidates would have to obtain at least 40 marks out of a total interview mark of 100.
Plan to beat the interview
You can succeed in an interview only when you make your plans on a different footing than others by trying to complete works seriously. Study the pattern of

where you are going to face it. Have its full ideas and prepare accordingly. Being confident is essential in order to be able to succeed in an interview.
