Recipe for Healthy Sharabati Biryani for Summer season

Read this article know the delicious and healthy recipe of Sharabati Biryani. The Sharabati Biryani contains liquid content like Orange Juice. Those Children who does not spicy food will also prefer such kind of Biryani due to its delicious taste over the traditional one. Read the ingredients to prepare Sharabati Biryani and the procedure to prepare it.
Recipe Details :
The
Sharabati Biryani
is completely new item.This recipe is special because no other Biryani contains the liquid content. The Biryani will be prepared in this article will contain the Orange juice as liquid content. This Biryani will be having a flavor of Orange juice and spice of Garam masala. It is easy to prepare and gets ready within 30 minutes. This includes the time for garnishing the Biryani prepared.
Ingredients:
Following are the ingredients of recipe. The given ingredients also includes garnishing items also.
1. Basmati Rice = 2 cups
2. Tomato (chopped) = 1/2 cup
3. Onion (chopped) = 1/2 cup
4. Potatoes (chopped) = 1/2 cup
5. Green Chillies (chopped) = 2 no.
6. Oil (for frying)
7. Mapro Orange Juice = 1/2 cup
8. Salt = 1 tsp
9. Chili powder = 1 tsp
10. Coriander powder = 1tsp (It is also used for garnishing)
11. Coriander leaves = 2 tsp
12. Chat powder = 1 tsp.
13. Biryani powder = 2 tsp
15. Ginger and Garlic paste = 1 tsp
16. Anardana = 1 no.(for garnishing)
17. Strawberry = 1 no. (for garnishing)
18. Teramric Powder = 1 tsp
Method to preparation:
Below are the eight steps need to be followed to prepare delicious
Sharabati Biryani
. Use proper amount of given ingredients, as the tastes and spiciness depends on the quantity we are using for making this recipe.
Step 1 : Take rice and first steam it. So that we are ready with steamed rice.But do not cook it completely.
Step 2 : Take 2 table spoon oil in pan and fry the chopped Onion. Add chopped coriander leaves and green Chillies and Tomato. Fry till the colour changes to greenish brown. Greenish brown color indicates that the onions is get properly fried.
Step 3 : Add 1 tsp Teramric Powder, 1 tsp Biryani powder , 1 tsp Chat powder, 1 tsp Chili powder and 1 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste to above prepared fried onion and other material. Mix it properly and add salt as per need. Keep the mixture on gas for 2 min. Mix the material thoroughly so that every item gets flavor of Garam Masala.
Step 4 : In this step, add 1/2 cup quantity of Mapro Orange Juice to it and put it on gas for 2 min.
Step 5 : Add chopped Tomato, Potatoes and Green Chillies to Mix. After properly mixing itadd steamed rice to it.
Step 6 : Keep the mixture in Oven for 10 min. The flavor of each ingredient will mix and rice will get cooked completely.
Step 7 : Prepare Raitas with Curd, Onion, Tomato and Sugar. Add some Anardana (Pomegranate seed) and Strawberry for decorative purpose. Raita will surely add some extra test to Biryani. So Raita should have some sweet test, for that reason use sufficient amount of sugar in it.
Step 8 : Get a bowl and add prepared Biryani in it. Then make it inverted in the plate so that Biryani takes bowl shape. Use Coriander leaves and Onion for decoration.
Look and Spice:
Yellowish colored Biryani with green color of Coriander leaves will look very pretty and will have spicy delicious taste. Anardana can be used for further garnishing. This recipe is for two people serving.
So finally our Healthy Sharabati Biryani is ready to serve.
